Hi today I am going to show you what I was doing in Wānanga, that Is the 100 word challenge It was my first time doing the 100 word challenge, and my teacher said that was good and asked was that my first time and i said yes to the question, whilst she gave me feedback to work on I hope she likes

Word I have to use- Banana Black Heavy Jumped Damaged.

Mhm, Today I am going to wear my banana printed top, with my black shorts I am going to get all the attention, sad thing is I have to move my heavy bed to my Mum’s house because I don't live with her.

Ten minutes later. So as I was moving my bed to the trailer I dropped it and boom its damaged, because I jumped on the trailer and I did not have enough grip. And my bed was so comfy.

That's the end of my story.
By Teagen MG.

Thanks for seeing my work, comment your feedback and what I need to change.

Joyfully I ate my meat.

Happily, I watched my seed grow.

Adverb Start

Today my class for hurumanu 3 we had to do some W-starts and adverb start. when we did the adverb starts first we talked about what are adverb starts,
then when we finished the talk we then had to make a list of words that have ly at the end of them,
after that we had to create our own sentences.
With the W-start we only had 4 word to use for the start, that were when, where, whilst and while, and when we started writing we had to use an example start.
I cant really explain It, so i will show you my work.

W-Start

Where Is she, he said making a big noise.
When she fell, he cried that day.

Very Short Sentence

Her voice Is still here.
Fun can't solve everything.

Adverb Start

slowly, he walked down the road.
kindly, she asked to sit there.

Thank you for reading my blog, if you have any feedback comment it please it will help me to improve.

Link To the video

Facts-
Abel Tasman is the first person from european to arrive in 1642 at New Zealand and he also gave New Zealand a name that Is Nova ZeaLandia.
When The Europeans came to New Zealand they brought pigs, potatoes, ship rats and diseases to New Zealand.
The ratio of Maori to Pakeha in Aotearoa in 1840 was 40 Maori to 1 Pakeha.
At some point there was a musket war that ended late 1830.

Simple to Complex Sentence

Today we are doing this because we are trying to make simple sentences to complex sentences to improve our writing. And to practice for our assessment tomorrow, the task we have to do is changing a couple of sentences to make them longer, more interesting and so it has more detail.

The dog ate.
The dog ate quietly.
Five days ago the dog ate quietly.
Five days ago the dog ate quietly on the field.

On Monday for homeroom, we had to do a scavenger hunt to find our buddy class. Our buddy class is in Cambridge, and is a privet school from year 7-13. We had 6 hints to find out the school, we are doing this because a group of people called School Kit want to get New Zealand writing, they got around 20 schools to get writing more and collaborating with each other. Another thing we did was go on to answer garden to put what we think was empathy. Whats its all about is we have to write to St Peter's Cambridge and get to know each other.
