Drama- Poem Lewis Carroll

Hi today I am going to tell you about what I done in drama.

We have been look at a poem made by Lewis Carroll. It is called Jabberwocky, and is about a boy thats kills this animal that is unknown to the village. In the first verse, it tells use what the father think of the Jabberwocky, saying that its a scary animal.

When i read the first verse i thought of a forest with a unknown animal in it that is mean and injures people.

here is the poem-

Jabberwocky Lewis Carroll 'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabe; All mimsy were the borogoves, And the mome raths outgrabe.

"Beware the Jabberwock, my son! The jaws that bite, the claws that catch! Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun The frumious Bandersnatch!"

He took his vorpal sword in hand: Long time the manxome foe he sought-- So rested he by the Tumtum tree, And stood awhile in thought.

And, as in uffish thought he stood, The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame, Came whiffling through the tulgey wood, And burbled as it came!

One two! One two! And through and through The vorpal blade went snicker-snack! He left it dead, and with its head He went galumphing back.

"And hast thou slain the Jabberwock? Come to my arms, my beamish boy! O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!" He chortled in his joy.

'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabe; All mimsy were the borogoves, And the mome raths outgrabe.

  3. Then break your cabbage up into little bits.
  4. Then add your cabbage in your beaker with warm water.
  5. Then  get your test tubes and add you water that you put the cabbage in but don't put cabbage in the test tube just put the watter useing the dropper.
  6. then add hyotrochgloric acid or  sodlium hyoloxide to your water in your test tubes but dont fill it to the top of the test tube.
  7. Then keep adding differnet kinds of hyotrochgloric acid or  sodlium hyoloxide and see what colour you end up with.
Results:

Discussion:
Q1. What is an acid and a base? An Acid–base reaction is a chemical reaction that occurs between an acid and a base
Q2. What do chemical indicators do? The common application of indicators is the detection of end points of titrations.
