Hi today I am going to tell you what I have been doing in hurumanu 5.

We are learning how to take our pulse, and what it was in 30 seconds and then times it.

I found it hard to take it cause i could not find the right place to put my fingers.

I got 31 for my pulse in 30 seconds and in 1 minute I got 62, I found out a kid heart rate should be 70-90.

If you want to take you pulse, put your middle and index finger on your neck and wait 30 second to see if you feel like a lump going and coming, or you can put you two fingers on you wrist and wait 30 second again.
