Gymnastics - Term 4
Hi today I am going to tell you what I have been doing in P.E.
We were doing different apporates there are 6 of there.
I liked doing gymnastics because its something I have never done.
I am listing what the apporates are and what you can do on them:
Trampoline - front flip, sit drop, back flip and Liffis.
Beam - Handstand, cartwheel, Back handspring and back walkover.
Parallel bars - Walking forwards, flips, Any L-sit on 1 or 2 rails and walking backwards.
Mat / Floor - front roll, back roll, handstand and headstand
mini trampoline - flip, brownies, crash dive and tuck jump.
Bar - walking forwards, walking backwards, tuck legs and roll off bar.
